Introduction

Al-Mudassar Special Education Complex (AMSEC) was conceived as a social welfare organization to cater for the ever-growing needs of special children dwelling specifically in ‘rural’ areas of Pakistan. It is providing totally free education and school health services to special children living in Tehsil Kharian for the past 11 years.

It is a registered with the Government of Pakistan under the Society Act as an NGO and keeps regular audit of its accounts—the last audit was done by Mudassar & Co for the financial year 2009.
