At a simple and humble ceremony in1999, the first part of the dream was fulfilled when the doors opened to just 8 deaf children at Al-Mudassar. Today the number has grown to 90 deaf children and a staff of 13 dedicated professionals.

On 15th May 2003 there was another milestone when the foundation stone of the Al-Mudassar Special Educational Centre was laid by Mudassar’s Parents.
